A young novelist Kabir is a one-book wonder. He is on an inspirational journey to find himself and to write his book. He meets a young and beautiful lady Meera who runs the isolated guest-house which he finds eerie. Meera is married to the owner of this guest-house Jaidev who was once a rich paper mill owner. He pretends to be a charming man but is a controlling demon within.
Kabir begins to encounter unusual things and discover secrets about the house and Meera. Meera is evasive about these suspicious incidents that are taking place, which if he finds out, would threaten to destroy her. The more Kabir interacts with Meera about these strange incidents the more he gets drawn towards her. What are the secrets that are hidden in her silences?

Not only is the story banal but also its Sapna Pabbi's acting that's even more cringeworthy than Arjun Rampal's expressions. Since it's Gurmeet Choudhary's debut movie, the actor has done a decent job but saying that we would also like to tell you that he needs to brush up on his English accent. Fukrey actor Ali Fazal too has played his part sincerely. He was given only two jobs in the movie- to fight with the ghost and indulge in fornication with his co-actor.
